Tim Shearman BSc BVMS CertVC MRCVS

Director of Regulatory & Professional Affairs and Business Development Director

Tim qualified from Glasgow University Veterinary School in 2000, and joined the Minster Veterinary Practice as an assistant in 2002 after an initial period in mixed practice. Tim sat on the Minster’s practice standards committee from 2008-2014. In 2009 he was awarded his RCVS certificate in Veterinary Cardiology, and later that year become a partner within the practice. From 2010, Tim has sat on the North-East Region BSAVA committee, being chair from 2012-2015. From 2014-2015 Tim was a member, representing small animal, of the Westpoint Veterinary Group clinical governance committee.

In 2018 Tim became vice-chair of BSAVA Congress committee. He represents VetPartners on the Major Employers Group. Tim is Business Development Director in Yorkshire & Lincolnshire, and Director of Regulatory and Professional Affairs. He co-Chairs the clinical board
